The same problem occurs with exported PDFs.
Please add this to the list of bugs.
No problem for me. Which version of OOo are you using and what is your
OS ?

Hi Everyone,
Luca, I agree with Jean-Baptiste.
I see you are writing from a
Macintosh; U; Intel Mac OS X 10_6_4; en-us
But we also have to know:
- OpenOffice.org version (?/Help -> About OpenOffice.org... screenshot
or full information);
- a sample Open Document file whose Flash export fails in your system
configuration.
Finally, bugzilla like links are here:
http://qa.openoffice.org/ooQAReloaded/ooQA-IssueRules.html
http://qa.openoffice.org/ooQAReloaded/Docs/QA-Reloaded-IssueHandlingOverview.html
http://qa.openoffice.org/issue_handling/policies/regressions.html
but are both best practices to compare your experiences with other users
in mailing lists and after that searching for already submitted similar
bugs (to that you can always add new and important information) before
submitting a new bug.
I'm using
- Novell / OpenSuSE / Go-OO OOo 3.2.1.4 (OOO320m19 (Build:9505))
on OpenSuSE 11.2, x86-64, kernel 2.6.31.12-0.2-default, Gnome 2.30.2
notebook system.
I made some tests creating a new document as well as Luca explain in his
first mail (he omitted only to choose the action from Iteration toolbar
icon window).
I saw that:
- links are ok (correctly behave) in Impress presentation;
- links are ignored (not rendered) in swf (Macromedia Flash) export and
clicking in every place in the flash presentation page takes to the next
page (default action (?) as Marcello Romani told/has pointed out in his
answer to the Luca's first mail);
- links are ignored (not rendered) in pdf export too.
Now I'm asking if this is somewhat related with the Go-OO derivative
only "invalid xref entry on xref table in pdf export" open bug:
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=615812
or much much better the linked bug "Links on exported pdf does not work"
https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=621456
to which, Luca, I forward you!!!
This second bug is global (= vanilla too related), I suppose. I also
suppose that Luca use the vanilla OOo Mac version
http://download.openoffice.org/other.html
and non the Go-OO Mac version you can find here:
http://go-oo.mirrorbrain.org/stable/mac/
In the hope that help,
Carlo
