Needed info please: Windows or Linux, What specific printer[s] used, What specific label setup have you used, i.e. that sort of thing. What options are you using within the label option??? All I can say with what you told me/us is. . . . Question: Have you tried going to Microsoft's template site and downloading their .doc version of the label size you want. Then fill in the sheet with the needed info. Then printing it to see if that template works correctly. I assume you tried and downloaded Avery's .doc sheet template and tested it out as well. Some templates I have tried to use worked fine with OOo Windows version, but did work properly for the same printer using OOo Ubuntu/Linux's version. Others seemed to work out OK, while others never worked out for me, including using MS Word with their own .doc templates with either my HP inkjet or HP color laser. I think we could use more info to help. I know I have had more trouble with OOo and labels since I switched to Ubuntu. But mostly I was working on simple address labels and business card stock labels. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
