Are you frustrated because it doesn't work or because it doesn't' work like whatever you were using before? Did you make any effort to learn the program including reading the extensive documentation? In view of the fact that OOo is used by thousands of people with complete satisfaction, did it ever occur to you that the source of your frustration might be your inability/refusal to learn to use the program?
