I am not talking about any claim of support [Except Oracle's offer], but added things like the latest documentation files from the side included in the CD.
When I give people a CD with the latest version of OOo, I include the latest documentation files from the site, along with any other support documents, templates, extensions, etc., that I find useful. I stuff the CD full, and sometimes I add other software like FireFox, doPDF, and some great security software that are free to download. Also make sure you are not charged too much for a CD with freely downloaded software. I saw a "person" want $30 for a CD that just had OOo on it. That would leave $20 or more profit after the cost of the CD and shipping is taken into account. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
