Hi Caroline, 

I've tested and I was able to open your test document. 

I could not open it directly from my email program. Instead I had to
save it on my computer and open it from there. But other than this, it
worked fine. 

Do you know, how those people try to access your files? Do they want to
open it directly from their mailprogram? Saving the file to the desktop
or somewhere else and opening it from there should do the trick.
