I'm using Open Office 3.2.1. Recently I started having problems printing single labels. I have searched your support pages but can find anyone else with this problem.
I go to file/new/labels and enter AveryA4/8163. A sheet of 10 labels in 2 columns and 5 rows. I save the settings and click on New Document. At this point everything looks fine. However, when I print the text is printed vertically up a column instead of printing horizontal on one of the labels. I have checked my printer settings and in OO format/page. The setting is portrait. I've changed it to Landscape but the printing results are the same. I have tried everything I can think of but nothing corrects the problem. I am using Windows 7 Pro and, for some reason, this problem occurred at some point in time and before label printing was not a problem. I hope you can help me solve this problem.
