Thanks for the answer, unfortunately it does not help. There is no
remove button. Right click context yields only update. Keyboard delete
key does nothing. See the screen shot attached.

Looking at your screen shot, I see that all your extensions have a
little lock symbol in the upper tight corner. This indicates that you
are not running as an administrator and so, do not have permission to
modify these extensions and those choices do not display.
On my installation, running as an administrator, the lock symbol is
replaced by the image of two people and all choices appear.
