Operating system [XP/Vista/Win7 32/64 bit]
version of OpenOffice.org [3.2.1 / 3.2.0 / or earlier and where you got it]
Printer [inkjet/laser/ model/etc.]
Version or Word [2003 / 2007 / or whatever]
There are a lot of info needed to determine what the cause could be.
I had a printer problem and it ended up being a glitz in the config file
that OOo created about my OOo options and system stuff - like the
printer info.
