I went to New / Labels I went down to the Brand and chose Avery Letter Size Then chose Type as your 5963 Go to the Format Tab to look at the format of the label's width and height. Also there is the left and top margins. If the top margin is correct and the other formatting options shown are correct, then the bottom margin should line up with the labels properly. The flowing to the next label worked for me, but I used an externally downloaded template from the Avery Web Site. I never used the Control-Enter before. As for the second sheet, well it worked with the template downloaded from Avery's web site. Are you using the built in templates from New / Labels, or are you downloading a .doc template from Avery? Try the Avery site and download you 5963 label template and see if you have the same problems. If so, then I do not know what to say. If the downloaded template[s] work, then it must be in the built in label templates. To be honest, I almost always got to Avery to get the needed template since they would make sure that their templates work perfectly with their paper sheets. I use to look at the MSO site for some, but was given a bad one once, so never again. I now stick with Avery. --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [email protected] For additional commands, e-mail: [email protected]
