The information is found in the Help File. From the "Index" tab of
the Help file, enter "document fields" in the Search box and click
Display at the bottom of the Help File Window. (Do not use the quotes.)
In the Type table on the right, the third entry is "Date." This will
explain how "Date" and "Date Fixed" are used.
