Dear Anubhav:

Evidently you are using Oo on a windows (likely XP) platform. This is typical of Windows and Oo. However many users here are using Oo with various distributions of Linux and some on Macs.

To those it all would be very different.
As for Vista, the last time I backed up one of those, the whole thing was automated, so I didn't even need to look. When that Laptop is reassembled with a replacement screen, it will likely either run Fedora 14 64 bit or a multiple boot arrangement.

Cheers,

Bruce M.

Subject: identify the location of installed add ons in windows vista

Hello Friends
I don't know whether this question has been put on earlier or not.
I want to know the location of installed add ons in open office 3.2.
The general location "
C:\Users\anubhav\AppData\Roaming\OpenOffice.org\3\user\uno_packages\cache\un
o_packages" is empty However, I have installed a number of add ons in my
system.
Thanks
