What have you done in that time... Instead of waiting for the right
response, a quick google search would have shown you that the email address
you were using was wrong. Computer programs can be made to look smart, but
can't cope with every situation.

I checked the links prior to sending them to you. I checked again prior to
sending this email - the information seems fine. However the information in
those links depends on what OS your using, and has some warnings about
loosing customisations, etc.... It is easier to send links to people than
copy it all in an email. Admittedly it means you have to read the link, but
as per the previous comment, perhaps you need to do something more than just
wait for the answers. A google search done by yourself would have solved
your problem yourself without having to wait 2-3 weeks in the first place.

Open source software communities (staffed by volunteers) encourage people to
help themselves first, search for the answers themselves, and then when all
else fails ask questions the smart way (

I think you need to read the advice in the links provided and failing that
perhaps a complete reinstall would solve the issue. I'm copying in the

able to assist.
