I am very late returning to this thread, sorry. I have a lot on my plate!

The "List Entries" option is greyed out (disabled) in my OOo 3.3
install (Actually, LibreOffice). I do not know if this is due to the
version or if there is some setting that I am missing. Have you any
idea what might cause the "List Entries" option to be disabled? This
is on Kubuntu 10.10.
