If I'm not mistaken, you'll have to run the setup again and do a repair 
installation. This time choose the "user defined" installation and remove the 
non-wanted dictionaries. Make sure, that you unselect the dictionaries and not 
only the the UI-files. 

I think, this should do the trick.
