I had the same problem, and discovered that one of the columns included
in the array of columns selected for the Data Pilot did not have a word
in it. It wasn't going to be used in the Data Pilot. I found that I
would get the columns titles for use in the Data Pilot after I entered a
word in the empty column title cell.
