The mailing list software has been updated (just a couple of days ago),
and not all instructions have been updated to match. Try this:
From the email address that is currently subscribed (very important),
send a blank email to
[email protected]
with the subject:
unsubscribe users
You can also send the word 'help' to find out what else it will do.
'sympa' (a French acronym, it appears) seems to have the odd problem.
Not all the commands listed work ('INVITE', thank goodness, being one)
and it doesn't recognise a signature separator and tries to execute it
as a command.
Potentially useful though are
UNSubscribe <list> <EMAIL>
* To quit <list>. <EMAIL> is an optional email address, useful if
different from your "From:" address.
UNSubscribe * <EMAIL>
* To quit all lists.
