[users] transfer of spreadsheet files from Asus linux to Mac

I want to transfer my .sdc files from Asus linux computer to mac open  
office spreadsheet.  I have already downloaded the program to my Mac.

 Please tell me how to do this.  I will be using a flash stick.  Thanks
