Since I don't have Excel I would probably need to know exactly HOW this
happens, to be able to answer the question. Is she asked in a dialogue
box or what?
Anyway, subtotals are usually calculated with the SUBTOTAL() function,
so she can always put it in a cell manually.
Johnny, thank you for the response. There is no dialogue, she can click
in the cell below the results and type in the function.
