Please remove me from this mailing list

The users on this list have no authority to unsubscribe you from the
list digest, you will need to do that yourself. As a first step, try
sending a message to
[email protected]. You should very soon get a
confirmation message; replying to that completes the unsubscribe
process, and you will get a "Goodbye" message. If that doesn't work,
you'll need to send a message to [email protected] asking for
help and saying what went wrong when you tried the above process.

Please note that the aliases for list maintenance have changed with
the new environment.

There is no separate unsubscribe address for recipients of the digest
version. Please use [email protected]

Human list owners can be reached using users-request@ooo

Thanks for the info, Stefan. So users-unsubscribe works for either the
list or its digest,
Yes

and users-owner no longer works?
correct, messages to this address are silently ignored.

Also, the old
users-request used the subject as the command and was automatic;
The robot address for advanced commands is now [email protected] (resp. sympa@<project>.openoffice.org). But for the simple subscribe / unsubscribe operations the addresses users-subscribe@ / users-unsubscribe@ aliases are easier to handle.

now
it's just a normal message, handled by a person? (I'm assuming that it's
actually [email protected], of course.)
Yes (and I tried to protect the person's a bit by obfuscating the address).

Greetings
Stefan

Here is what I found when I looked at all the headers of this email I Received:

List-Help: <mailto:[email protected]?subject=help>
List-Subscribe: <mailto:[email protected]?subject=subscribe%20users>
List-Unsubscribe: <mailto:[email protected]?subject=unsubscribe%20users>
List-Post: <mailto:[email protected]>
List-Owner: <mailto:[email protected]>

Perhaps this is how these should be written:

List -Help: [email protected]?subject=help
List -Subscribe: [email protected]?subject=subscribe%20users
List-Unsubscribe: [email protected]?subject=unsubscribe%20users
List -Post: [email protected]>
List-Owner: [email protected]
