You did not say what happened when you tried unzip and 7 zip. Were
there error messages when you tried these two programs? If so, what were
the messages?
The Base file uses the zip format. Do you know what files and
folders that are contained within the Base file when it was compressed
into it's zipped form?
Without more information, it is difficult to give you any advice.
