when i type a document in OOo.org writer and convert it to
Microsoft Word 97/2000/XP (doc)
And send it in my outlookexpress email program, no one can read it.

How are you "converting" the document to MS Word?

What you need to do is
- File>Save as
- choose the appropriate document type from the drop down list
- give the document a name *excluding* the extension (the "extension" is the ".doc", ".pps", whatever part of the name)
- check the box labelled "automatic filename extension".
- click OK.

Simply saving the document with a ".doc" extension is *not* sufficient.

Another way to send documents that will be readable by pretty much any recipient is to *Export* the document as a PDF and send the result. That way the recipients can read the document but not alter it - in general.
