Thank you for your reply to my e-mail (which, by the way, I found using the search engine - you sent the reply to the list rather than to me). I shall "vote" for this bug, as this is a priority for me, and will inhibit businesses from adopting OO as an alternative to MS.
The really interesting thing is that the symptom seems intermittent: on Windows Vista, sometimes it prints just fine, and then I make a change and reprint it, and it reprints wrong. On a Macintosh, it worked fine a while ago, then I reinstalled Mac OS 10, and now it doesn't work any more.
By the way, I found the knowledgebase article on envelope-printing. Luckily, the instructions work, but it's counter-intuitive that one would have to use a work-around like that.
