Sorry Hagar but I don't understand what you mean. I have quickly checked the
help and can see anything about "cross reference insertion" or "context and
separator" and sadly because of time constraints to get this job out today
unless the suggestion is very specific I don't have time at the moment to do
much searching but will come back to all this when I do have more time.
