The subject and message body are ignored. You receive a confirmation
message that you have to respond to to complete joining the list.

of whom are real experts, others, such as myself, are quite ordinary users.
Generally, we need to know what your computer is, that is, if your
machine runs Windows, what version, or if Linux, what distribution and
version, and what version of LibreOffice or OpenOffice.org you are
using, and something about the specific question you have.
Finally, there have been some recent changes I might not be aware of
since Sun was bought by Oracle. Some of what I have said may be wrong,
but try it. It may work fine.
I'm sending this directly to you and to the list. Those good folks will
correct me if anything here is wrong.
