Dear Sir, I tried to install version 3.3 en-GB open office but it failed due to procedure entry point HeapSetInformation could not be located in dynamic link library KERNEL32.dll. I am running windows 2000 server service pack 2. last action i did on my system was unstalling MS 2000 office software. Please assist me with this problem.
