I just found out how to do this, so I can tell you.
1. Place the cursor in the front of the first paragraph on the page.
2. Under Format > Paragraph and under the Text Flow tab, in the Breaks
section, Page Number will probably be set to 0; change it to 1.
3. Click OK.
