[users] I'm having trouble creating a formula, can anyone help?

I'm trying to make a formula where lets say cell A1 has a number without 
a formula. In cell H1 I want to make a formula that follows these guidlines.
  A1          H1
0-99          0
100-199     1
200-299     2
300-399     3
400-499     4
500-599     5
600-699     6
700-799     7
800-899     8
900-999     9
1000+       Platinum
is it possible and how do i do it?
