You may not be aware of many recent changes. OpenOffice has split. Most non-Oracle supporters created a new version called LibreOffice. The new organization is called "The Document Foundation". Oracle then turned over their OpenOffice work to Apache. This email list ([email protected] is in the process of being shut down.

You may be able to still download OpenOffice.org v 3.3 from:
   http://www.openoffice.org/
You can download the newer LibreOffice versions from:
   www.documentfoundation.org

To ask questions about OpenOffice.org, email them to:

To ask questions about LibreOffice, email them to:

I don't know how to order a cd of either product, but someone else on those two new mailing lists may. Please remember that these mailing lists are simply volunteers answering questions. They are not corporate representatives.

I hope this helps.

Dear People;

As I have in the past, utilize Open Office for various non profit organizational projects; this stands to be another opportunity to do so.

Please forward the Professional or Standard Version to:

I do really appreciate the Open Office Suites, regardless of path or opportunity.

I look forward to working with Office personnel again.
