It could be a configuration problem with AOOo Bugzilla, or a disconnect in recognizing you as the reporter. Five questions. 1. Did you subscribe to ooo-dev before sending the message that bounced? 2. Was the bounce from ooo-dev itself or from someone on the list whose e-mail system bounced your post? (I'm asking because I get these from various individual users but not from the lists themselves.) 3. Does AOOo bugzilla have you logged-in as mbourne @OO.o ? Can you see "My bugs" and does it list 112686 ? 4. There are two places to make comments. One is at the end of the list of existing comments. The "Additional Comment" may be different. Did you try both? 5. I tried emailing the ooo-dev list on incubator.apache.org, but that list bounced my emails due to SPF records not matching.
