Bcc Mick personally as well.
OpenOffice.org is designed to work only with laptops, towers, and
desktops; but I can not be for sure about an iPad. Safari will download
programs, but it does not install them. Were you able to download the
DMG file for OOo, is this what you were not able to do?
I have a MacBook, so I am acquainted with Safari and installing on
the Mac O/S in MacBook.
