It was sent directly to Lynn, and copied to the mailing list which Lynn
should have emailed in the first place. You received a copy because you
are also subscribed to the mailing list.

Have you tried that? You should receive an email asking you to confirm
that you do want to unsubscribe - check your junk/spam folder if you
don't see it. You need to follow instructions in that email (I think
just reply to it - but check what it says to do), after which you
should not receive further emails.
If you have tried this without success, please email
users<at>openoffice.org - not me personally - and hopefully someone
there can offer advice. I'm not familiar enough with the particular
software used for this mailing list to help much more.
