I would suggest that you update the software to 1.1.4 which is the current stable release. There is a built-in AutoPilot that will install most dictionaries, thesauruses, and hyphenation dictionaries pretty much automatically for you. If upgrading is not an option, go to http://fr.openoffice.org/DicOOo/index_dicooo.htm and right-clixk on the link the starts Cliquez and save it to disk.
