Open Draw. The Drawing toolbar has the Curve icon (6th icon from
the left) when selected will allow you to draw a curve. (It might take
some practice to get what you want.) The Line and Filling toolbar at the
top has the Arrow Style icon (3rd from the left). Clicking this icon
allows you to select arrow heads for you line.
