I recently downloaded & installed Open Office Version 3.3 as an upgrade to the version I had previously been using and was very happy with. Namely, Version 3.2.1 . I now bitterly regret this. I find that I cannot cut and paste anything with it nor will it allow me to convert my private work to Adobe PDf files for storage. I've removed and re installed this program twice- same with the relevant Adobe programs. Nothing changes!! Cannot even go to your site and download the Version I was happy with,after repeatedly trying. Please send Instructions or whatever it takes to get this program working as it should!!! Yours, Jon. D.
