in my experience,
1. un-install oo programs;
2. install from install file (windows explorer) clicks file using "run
as administrator" to C:\Program Files (x86)\OpenOffice.org 3;
3. try it;

has a broken "contact us" link, which is less than helpful.
Can anyone suggest a fix for this? I'd prefer OOo to MSOffice.
