How long are you holding the mouse click? The "font color
picker" (Font Color icon) has a little green arrow in the upper right
corner. You should also see a little green arrow in the upper right
corner of several of the other icons as well. That arrow is there to
tell you that holding a mouse click for at least a second will open a
small window with additional choices.
