I would say either here or Discuss.
User's description is -- For questions relating to the use of
OpenOffice.org (the application)
Discuss's description is -- This list is intended for discussions on
OpenOffice.org and Open Source.
So, I would say Discuss would be the best choice. User's, to me, has
always been about getting help with problems where Discuss is about
discussing OOo and OSS.
