1.1.3 is not more stable than 1.1.4. 1.1.3 is obsolete. It has errors in
it that are fixed in 1.1.4. Presumably, as Ed said, the error that the
patch corrects is in 1.1.3. Because the developers were working on 2.0,
they probably didn't have the resources to make a 1.1.5 (although it is
rumored to eventually come out), so they just put out a patch.
In short, running 1.1.3 is not a good idea.
However, if you want it, I found one mirror that still has it, there may
be more if you check the mirror list.
