I have been writing checks in/with spreadsheets for many years, including oocalc for several years, to a HP LaserJet. The trick is to set output to "landscape" and then set the appropriate margins "on the page" to frame the area that the check goes thru on the page. I have it set up when I write the line in my record sheet the program will take the line and parse it so certain cell contents are in the proper place on the check and prints it with the amount; in both text and numeric; and "Pay To" complete with my signature. I use commercial size (3.5 x 8.5 checks - 3 on a page that I tear apart before printing) -- Be nice! billm326(at)comcast(dot)net --------------------------------------------------------------------- To unsubscribe, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED] For additional commands, e-mail: [EMAIL PROTECTED]
