I have downloaded and installed OOo on my pc, but have encountered the
following problem. 
 
OpenOffice.org cannot be started due to an error in accessing the OOo
configuration data. Please contact your system administrator. The
following internal error has occurred: GetStorage: Name "No content.
 
I am running Windows XP Home and Open Office 1.1.4. This error occurs
repeatedly, even though I have uninstalled and re-installed OOo.
 
Please help.
