First of all let me remind you what is said on the 2.0beta candidate
page: "The software is not recommended for production deployment at this
stage. There are no guarantees. For production, use 1.1.4."

Since you are experimenting, have you tried upgrading your copy of the
JRE to something current? I think 1.5 is available and, IMMSMC, Base
prefers this version. You can go to http://www.java.com/ for this.

Now as to entering an issue, please try again. You have done the search
and, I gather, encountered nothing similar to what you are trying to
report; so here are the steps you take:

     1. Login
     2. Click on File issue in the leftmost panel
     3. Click the proceed link as the research is done
     4. Click the Database Access link
     5. From there it is relatively easy to fill in the blanks and use
        the dropdowns.
