[users] PLEASE HELP!!!!!

I have downloaded Open Office and now I cannot get the downloaded file to 
unzip.  I have done a Windows search and my Windows 98se, version 4.10.2222A 
does not have the winzip or the gzip files.  What do I do now?  Please help.
