FWIW, I have roughly 500 hexadecimal values for RGB colors, that
should be transcribed there, so I can create roughly 1500 paragraph
styles. [3 or so paragraph styles per color.]

You can input them manually by editing the color files in \usr\config
directory in the OOo directory. You can directly enter the hex code into
this file.
