Some of the 32bit programs work in Windows 64bit, but not all programs.

Windows 64bit is a OS, who is going a bit faster, when they are running with
64bit CPUs. Mostly AMD64 CPUs I think.

Windows 64bit have a emulator (or what it calls), there can emulate 32bit
programs to run under the Windows 64bit system. But not all programs are
working.
