Depends on what you are trying to do. If you have used styles
consistently then you can change the style of the text within a table
(which effects all tables that have used that style).

Alternatively use the explorer (F5) and you will get a list of the
tables in the document. You can go one, by one through this list and
right click table > edit to quickly update different tables properties
(eg, border colours, etc...)

You can add a button to a tool bar, then assign a macro to be run when
that button is clicked. What have you tried which has not worked?

Why not right click (when in the table) and select 'split table' ...
the row beneath is then in the next page (if you want it to be.
