[users] Security Patch

I'm sure others have addressed this problem, but I haven't found 
anything.  When I attempt to download the security patch for OO 1.1.4, 
no matter which site I try, I get an error message that the URL does not 
exist.  I use either Firefox or IE. 

I printed out the installation instructions, but how do you download it?
