You can use any site you want. I try to pick one where the
locals will be sleeping. Whichever you pick, if the
connection is poor (low download speed), just cancel the
download and try another.
Yes, you will be able to open, edit and save Excel files. If
you intend to send a file to someone who is using excel, be
sure to save in excel format. When saving, select the file
type at the bottom of the save dialogue.
