I have a problem with updates to Data Sources not becoming available
within OO Text documents. I use OpenOffice 1.1.4 on Win XP, SP 2.
Problem Description:
My Data Source is an OpenOffice Spreadsheet. I am attempting to insert
fields from the spreadsheet into an OpenOffice Text Document.
I set up the spreadsheet as a Data Source and was able to view all
columns with data on the sheet, ie. Columns A - P.
I subsequently added extra columns, ie. Q-AA but no matter what I do,
the Data Source display within the Text Document won't make available
columns Q-AA. My attempts were:
* Refresh the Data Source
* Rebuild the Data Source
* Delete the Data Source through 'Administrate Data Sources' (isn't
the verb 'Administer'?) and recreate it.
It seems that for some reason the Data Source Program has the
Spreadsheet recorded as having only columns A-P and I don't know the way
to change this recording of it.
I would be most grateful for help with this one.
