If you look in your installation folder, you should find the file
user_guide.pdf. (You should be able to do a search for this file if
need be.) On page 27, to the right of a red explanation point is an
explanation of how to do what you want to do.
FYI: OpenOffice.org is an office suite just as MS Office or Word
Perfect. It is not an operating system. (In your case, Windows is.)
