Hello. go here http://www.openoffice.org/servlets/TLogin?cookieCheck=on get yourself registered. but before you file an issue make sure that your issue is a new one. to make sure of that, browse through all the issues that have been brought up. it is likely that the issue with the current stable version of OOo is being address and the correction or enhancement will be in the next OOo version.
